Cooltek has set up an after-sales service network for our customers to provide adequate and quality components and accessories, as well as a 7/24 standby service. It takes no more than 2 hours to respond to a service claim. For normal malfunction, it costs less than 6 hours to fix, while for major accident, less than 12 hours.

To ensure the optimum status of A/C unit, Cooltek's after-sale service personnel will take the initiative to visit customers to do examination in spring and maintenance in autumn.
